333br Terms and Conditions — Usage Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the sports betting and online casino platform operated under the 333br brand, available at 333br.best ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by 333br, the user ("You") confirms having read and fully accepted these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each game type and promotion available on the platform.

Acceptance of these Terms occurs when you click "Register", make your first deposit, or otherwise actively use 333br's services. 333br reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

These Terms supersede any verbal agreements, informal emails, or prior communications between you and 333br. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion's specific terms apply solely to that promotion, and these Terms govern all other aspects of the relationship.

To create a 333br account and use its services, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria below at the same time:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Reside in Brazil or have legal access to the platform in your jurisdiction;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoa Física) issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service;
• Not having an active account or one previously closed for a violation on 333br;
• Not be included on any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion list from betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of an employee or partner of 333br.

Only one account per user is allowed — identified by CPF, email address, phone number, and primary device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions is considered fraud and will result in the immediate closure of all related accounts, withdrawal blocking, and cancellation of any pending bonus balances.

Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information: full legal name as shown on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, full address, email, and phone number. 333br may at any time request additional documentation to verify the information provided. Failure to respond to a verification request within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

333br follows identity verification procedures (KYC — Know Your Customer) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering and data protection laws. Verification is mandatory for processing withdrawals and may be required for deposits above certain amounts or in cases where fraud is suspected.

The verification process requires submission of:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or Passport);
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days (utility bill for electricity, water, gas, or internet, or a bank statement);
• Selfie holding your identity document, when requested;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used, where applicable.

Submitted documents are handled in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and used exclusively for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. 333br does not share identity documents with third parties, except when required by competent authorities pursuant to a judicial or administrative order.

The account remains active for betting during the verification process, but withdrawals are held until it is complete. Submitted documents will be reviewed within up to 2 business days from the time all requested documentation has been fully submitted.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — email, password, and any two-step verification codes. 333br recommends using a unique, strong password for your account, different from passwords used on other services.

333br will never ask for your password via chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately to 333br support at suporte@333br.best.

If you notice unauthorized access to your account, contact 333br support immediately. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence — such as sharing your password or using unsecured connections.

Your 333br account is personal and non-transferable. Assigning, renting, selling, or transferring account access to third parties for any reason is strictly prohibited. 333br may, at its discretion, monitor usage patterns to identify suspicious access and take preventive measures, including temporary account blocking for identity confirmation.

333br accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users:

• Pix — any Brazilian bank or fintech (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, Inter, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and others);
• Boleto bancário — clearance period of up to 1 business day;
• Credit and debit card — accepted card brands subject to availability at the time of deposit;
• TED Transfer — subject to banking processing hours.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) per transaction, regardless of the method used. There is no set maximum deposit, though deposits above certain amounts may require additional identity verification in accordance with the platform's KYC procedures.

All deposits are made in Brazilian reais (BRL). 333br does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposit attempts in any currency other than BRL will be rejected or converted with a possible exchange loss, and 333br is not responsible for any differences arising from conversions carried out by the user's bank.

333br does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the user's bank or financial institution are the user's sole responsibility. Pix deposits are credited immediately upon transaction confirmation. Bank slip (boleto bancário) deposits are credited after bank clearance, generally within 1 business day.

Withdrawals at 333br are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered in the account holder's name — CPF, email, phone number, or random key. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not accepted, even for family members. The withdrawal method must be compatible with the deposit method used to fund the balance being withdrawn.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 (thirty BRL). There is no maximum withdrawal limit established, but withdrawals above certain amounts may be subject to additional security verification before processing.

For accounts with completed identity verification (KYC), Pix withdrawals are processed within up to 5 (five) minutes of the request. For accounts without completed verification, processing takes up to 5 business days, subject to completion of the KYC process.

333br charges no withdrawal fees. Unwithdrawn bonus balances are subject to each promotion's rollover requirements — bonuses with incomplete rollovers cannot be withdrawn. Balances deposited with personal funds (real balance) may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of active bonuses, with any pending rollover bonuses automatically cancelled.

333br may, at its discretion, process withdrawals in installments when the total amount is significant, notifying the user before processing. In cases of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended while the investigation is underway, with notification provided to the user.

333br offers regular promotions, including a welcome bonus for new sign-ups, weekly casino cashback, odds boosts on selected games, and poker freerolls with guaranteed prizes. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the respective offer page.

General terms applicable to all 333br promotions:

• One welcome bonus per CPF, email address, physical address, and device;
• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirement is met;
• Cancelled, voided, or draw-odds bets (1.00) do not count toward rollover;
• 333br reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus;
• Unused bonuses that expire within the stipulated timeframe are automatically cancelled without compensation;
• Bonus manipulation attempts — including placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event to meet rollover requirements — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

Sports Betting at 333br is offered across pre-game and live markets for a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA/UFC, volleyball, e-sports, and other sports as available on the platform.

By placing a bet on 333br, you confirm that you understand:

• Confirmed bets cannot be canceled by the user, except via cash out where available;
• Odds may be changed by 333br before the final confirmation of a bet — the odds in effect at the time of confirmation are the ones that apply;
• 333br may suspend markets or restrict betting under specific circumstances, including suspected match manipulation;
• If an event is officially cancelled or its result declared void by the organizing federation, bets are refunded at odds of 1.00;
• Obvious odds errors (manifestly incorrect odds) may be voided by 333br, with a refund of the amount wagered;
• 333br may impose betting limits per event, market, or user at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide justification.

Cash out — early settlement of a bet — is available on major markets and is processed at the value calculated by the system at the time of the request. Cash out may not be available at all times, particularly during data feed interruptions or in events with high odds volatility.

The Live Casino games available on 333br are provided by internationally certified third-party suppliers — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — which undergo regular RTP and fairness audits conducted by independent bodies. 333br does not directly control game outcomes, which are determined by physical or algorithmic processes under the sole responsibility of each provider.

By using 333br casino games, you acknowledge that:

• Games have an average RTP (Return to Player) that varies by type — check each game's details in the lobby;
• Short-term results may differ significantly from the theoretical average RTP;
• Technical failures during a round may result in a refund or resolution in accordance with the provider's specific rules;

333br poker tables charge rake according to the structure published in the poker lobby. Freerolls have no rake or buy-in — they are open to all eligible users under the terms of each specific freeroll.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333br platform and is subject to immediate account closure, withdrawal blocking, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple registrations: create more than one account for yourself or others with the intent of claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing restrictions;
• Bot and automation use: use software, scripts, or any automated means to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Money laundering: using 333br to deposit, move, or withdraw funds of illicit origin — the platform reports suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities in accordance with Brazilian law;
• Match manipulation: participate in any match-fixing or casino game manipulation scheme;
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities: intentionally identifying and exploiting technical flaws, odds errors, or platform bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraudulent chargeback: filing a chargeback with the bank for an amount previously wagered and legitimately lost;
• Coercion or threats: threatening, harassing, or coercing 333br staff or other users of the platform;
• Unauthorized access: attempting to access the systems, data, or accounts of other 333br users.

333br may, without prior notice, withhold withdrawals, cancel pending bets, and close accounts when there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct. Users have the right to dispute the decision through the support channel, and 333br will review the dispute within 10 business days.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the account panel or by contacting support via live chat or email. Voluntarily closed accounts with an available real-money balance will have that balance processed for withdrawal via Pix within up to 5 business days of closure, provided identity verification has been completed.

333br may close or suspend accounts, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Proven violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the requested timeframe;
• Extended inactivity in accordance with 333br's internal policy;
• Judicial, regulatory, or administrative order;
• Closure of platform operations.

In cases of closure due to a violation, the bonus balance is fully cancelled. The real balance deposited with personal funds may be recovered upon review, provided there is no evidence of money laundering or fraud related to those funds.

333br is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform — betting is a risk activity and outcomes are not guaranteed. 333br's maximum liability in any situation is limited to the amount deposited by the user and not yet withdrawn, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct by the platform.

333br is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence;
• Losses resulting from the user's own judgment errors when placing bets;
• Exchange rate fluctuations or third-party banking fees;
• Content on third-party websites that may be accessed through external links.

The platform is provided "as is". 333br strives to maintain continuous availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance whenever possible.

333br recognizes that some users may develop problematic gambling behaviors and is committed to providing concrete tools to help mitigate those risks. Using responsible gambling tools does not cancel or penalize the user's account in any way.

Tools available in your 333br account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: daily, weekly, or monthly cap configurable by the user;
• Loss limit: maximum cumulative loss per period;
• Temporary break: account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's request.

All content available on the 333br platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, images, interface design, software, features, and data — is owned by 333br or licensed from third parties, and is protected under Brazilian intellectual property and copyright laws (Law No. 9.610/1998).

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the 333br platform is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Using the 333br brand in any context that could create confusion about an official affiliation or endorsement is likewise prohibited without authorization.

The license granted to the user to access and use the 333br platform is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, limited to legitimate use of the services as set out in these Terms.

333br may update these Terms at any time to reflect regulatory changes, new platform features, operational adjustments, or legal clarifications. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via the registered email and/or a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date without penalty — your available real balance will be processed for withdrawal.

The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the last update date shown at the top of the document. Previous versions may be requested from support for historical reference.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including but not limited to the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10.406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), and the legislation applicable to the betting market in Brazil.

For the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms, the parties elect the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Before taking any legal action, the user must exhaust 333br's support channels — live chat and email at suporte@333br.best — in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution. 333br commits to formally responding to complaints within 10 business days of receiving the formal communication.

If any clause of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a judicial or administrative ruling, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect, with the void clause replaced by the legal provision most closely reflecting the parties' original intent.
